We aim to provide a high standard of service and patient care.
If you have a complaint or concern about the level of care that you have received please contact us by phone, email or letter. You will find our contact details at the bottom of this page. Please give us full details of your complaint and we will treat it seriously, deal with it promptly and learn from it by reviewing or, if appropriate, improving our procedures and standards.
We will return your phone call within 2 working days. Your emails or letters will be acknowledged within 2 working days so we can give you a timescale for our written response.

This is the Profession’s regulatory body, and can be contacted on 020 7357 6655. Please note that the General Osteopathic Council cannot award compensation.
