I am Harriet Lennon and I have trained in osteopathic treatment for children.

Although crying, stretching and yawning all help to ease your child's stresses, sometimes a little more help is needed and the gentle use of cranial osteopathy can help ease these tensions.

On the first consultation I will take a full case history, conduct an examination and provide a diagnosis. During treatment I will place my hands on your child’s head or body and apply very light pressure to allow tension to release. 

I also treat adults, particularly during pregnancy when strains develop on a mothers’ spine as she adapts to the growing foetus. I can safely help relieve these symptoms.
