Your first consultation will last one hour. After completing a medical history form your condition will be discussed in detail. This is followed by postural and mobility assessments together with any necessary orthopaedic and neurological tests. Then your condition and approach to its treatment will be explained. Treatment is included in your first consultation. Subsequent consultations last thirty minutes.

Stretches, postural exercise and advice on work positions are usually given during treatment. When appropriate, diagnostic tests such as x-rays and scans can be arranged for you during a course of treatment.

Clothing protocol: during assessment and treatment you can either change down to underwear or alternatively bring along a pair of shorts and a sleeveless top.
